Hey all !  I became a bitcoin believer just this year, I love it !   Working on a couple of posts ( how revolutionary is bitcoin ! ) but I just wanted to put this one out there. 

Everyone who is in cryptocurrency is well aware of the jungle of scams out there.  It is just stunning !  Fun actually.  Temptations abound, and the scam rating goes from black to gray to white.  The most blatant ones - " send us some coins and we will send you more back ! " are the oldest trick in the book.  If you fall for that, please let me tell you I am a solicitor, your unknown uncle died with a huge fortune, and I will send it to you if you just send me some money first !

Brave seems to be pretty legit.  They have their own coin, a decent value prop, they could change the world and rationalize ads.

So why do their ads all over the internet - including on Publish0x - keep saying you will get five dollars in BAT to give away if you download Brave ? 

I just uploaded this ad from a Moon faucet site five minutes ago. 

I downloaded Brave - it seems alright.   However, when you start looking around for the five dollars, it will finally mention all the giveways are complete, stay tuned for new ones. 

And THAT's OK - I understand the gig, give away some to early adopters, can't last forever. 

But BRAVE is still running that ad !  It is EVERYWHERE. 

How is this not false advertising, Brave ?   and why sully your name with false advertising right out of the box ? Turns me off, and I am sure I am not alone.  Bait & Switch ?  someone in Germany will sue and win, just sayin !  

Anyway, thanks for reading, please let me know your thoughts.  Am I missing something ?
