THAT makes us root for S & C to GO!! But then Sammy wants S & C to go!! he says they rushed him into bankruptcy.
AND, the ex S & C lawyer Dan that was chief legal beagle at FTX REALLY wants S & C to go, off the job NOW!! Dan just did another big crazy filing that the judge dismissed as being "hearsay, speculation and rumours."
Now the lead S & C current bankruptcy lawyer claims that Dan and Sammy are just mad because S & C is giving ALL the good info to the prosecutors!! So, now we want S & C to STAY???? 
Mystery deepens as three FTX accounts are given back by Binance, we don't know how large.
The REAL story: Sammy wanted more time to clean up his mess before bankruptcy. He should have stolen the last 200 MM NOT from mom's basement but BEFORE signing the papers!!!
