I have seen the game Crownrend when it went live not to long ago. And since then I have been trying to figure out a way to get 20 HIVE liquid so I could start the game. Well today I stopped being an idiot and realized I would deposit LTC to Hive-Engine and swap it. So today we start my adventure in Crownrend!
It cost me 19.582 HIVE and without further ago lets get into it!
I have intentionally NOT read any detailed articles on the game because I wanted to start my own journey fresh and learn as I go. (I have maybe opened some and tipped the authors but haven't read details really)
And we need to create a Kingdom Name... crap I forgot this was a thing and spent zero time figuring out a clever name. I guess "Valhalla" will have to do!
And I guess we are just in the game then huh?
From what I gather you have a Army that you can level up with 'DENAR'. You can also level up your profit/passive earning of 'DENAR' by spending 'DENAR'.
Then you just go and raid other Kingdoms and try to take their 'DENAR'. What I do like is that you are only trying to steal their unclaimed DENAR and not DENAR in your inventory. I also found out you can only claim your unclaimed DENAR every 4 hours. So that will be more and more interesting as people progress higher up the ranks and earn more passively.
I scrolled further down and saw the Battle Hall where you will find the other Kingdoms that you can raid.
I leveled up a few things but figured why not just get into it. Again with knowing nothing about the interworking's of the game I just said 'screw it' and battled the first 2 people I saw. And lost both haha
I went back and spent the rest of the 10 DENAR you start with on levelling up things and went back to the Battle Hall.
This time I specifically looked for people with the lowest defense and battled them. I went on a 3 for 3 battle win streak with that strategy.
I am not winning crazy amounts of DANER but winning anything is always great!
With that out of the way lets look at how I spent my 10 DENAR.
Army Strength 3 because I wanted a decent strength and Army Defense 3. But I think going forward I am going to focus more on Army Strength then defense. There is always going to be stronger people than me so I just need to focus on claiming my 'unclaimed denar' faster so I don't look like an easy target.
Domain Stats, this is another area I am going to focus on because passive earning will be key to growing. Based on these stats I will make just over 2 DENAR every hour.
