Send Secure Mail And Get EMT Token: Ethermail (Web 3.0)

Tim Berners Lee: "People keep asking what Web 3.0 is. I think maybe when you've got an overlay of Scalable Vector Graphics, everything rippling and folding and looking misty, on Web 2.0 and access to a semantic Web integrated across a huge space of data, you'll have access to an unbelievable data resource"

Web 3.0 is almost upon us. What is meant by Web 3.0? The evolution of the Web we know today by exploiting technologies of artificial intelligence (AI), Geospatial Web, Semantic Web (each file is associated with its own metadata) and the implementation of a distributed blockchain (which supports the Turing language). Perhaps one of the first services they tried to innovate was Brave Browser. According to many it is a controversial browser that is anything but anonymous, however it should be emphasized that in addition to "undermining" its $Bat token, it also blocks all advertisements on Youtube, pop-ups that open from websites and has integrated also TOR (The Onion Router). Another fundamental step has already been made: the Web domains. The two best known are Ethereum Name Service (which also gave a rich $ 17,000 airdrop at launch for all those who had bought the domains, when the platform did not yet have the token) and Unstoppable Domains (which doesn't have its own token yet and I believe it will launch it in the future. You can learn more here: Unstoppable Domains Will Give An Airdrop Like Ethereum Name Service? ). These web domains are incensurable and can also be used as a wallet. I can associate my Bitcoin or Ethereum address with an easy-to-remember domain (for example David.crypto or Publish0x.bitcoin).

ETHERMAIL
What is missing? Definitely a service that allows you to send mail. Ethermail setting the standard for anonymous and encrypted wallet-to-wallet communication. To create an easier user experience, companies often store and manage keys on behalf of the user and encrypt them with the user's password. However, this does not fully protect the key from criminals. It can still be easily discovered or compromised.
Precisely for this reason EtherMail has chosen to store the encryption keys on the blockchain by integrating with ThorProtocol. Firstly, this ensures that key pairs are easily managed and secondly, that the user has full control over the keys via their Web3 wallet.

You can request your incensurable and anonymous mailbox for free. Furthermore, those who subscribe an email also receive 250 EMC (it will become their token). EMC will be converted to EMT, when they launch their token. You don't know the exchange rate or the value, however what you need to do is simply register and connect your Metamask. The service is new (I believe the 250 EMC incentive for those who sign up will drop over time) so I recommend using another Metamask address and not your main one. Caution is never too much!

What steps you need to do:
1) Register at Ethermail (Sign Up)
2) Connect your Metamask (as mentioned, I recommend connecting a secondary address)
3) You receive 250 EMC (which will be converted to $EMT: their future token)

The mailbox menu is very classic with the usual functions that you can find in any email service. The messages arrive in the form "[email protected]". I would have allowed you to use a nick or name that is easy to remember and not your address because this makes it more difficult to use the service (you always have to copy and paste). I would like to point out that the service is still in beta but it seems to be working quite well.

Obviously, before using any service, I always recommend that you do your research. This is NOT an investment (web mail is free) but DYOR.
