Yes, there is an unquestionable link between your soul and body. It does not matter how physically fit we are physically, if we do not have serenity, peace, and harmony in our soul. Sometimes, we seek to find comfort in material foods in order to make up for the hunger that we feel within our souls.

When under stress, be especially aware of the need to feed your soul with good food. As you have learned, feeding your soul is finding those things that help you to connect to the world around you, to really nourish your true, clean, spiritual essence. Feeding your soul is all about including activities that engage the body as well as mind. Not only does this get you through tough situations, but feeding your soul every day helps make each day slightly easier on you.

I am finding it hard to make time for both my body and my mind to rest. There is a calmness that comes over your body, your mind, and your spirit, and it allows you to simply let it all go. When you feed your body nourishing foods, it feels more energetic and alive; it is the same with your spirit. Rather than waiting until you reach the point that you begin feeling stuck, it is important that you begin implementing health habits now, which will help to fuel your soul, your mind, and your body.

When we take care of our bodies, we are freer in our lives to take time for caring about our souls well-being.
