Look at what we said last time when we predict about NEO 

"The main Support point is $5.95 and it is strong support, It looks like it is really hard to push down more from this level and it is great to buy if you can get close to these levels. 
Second Support stays at $6.60 and as long as it can stay this level and over then next potential support is $7.12 level and if it can hold it then the next price is $7.85 in short term. 
The last 6 days' volume is increasing and up, this is good news.  I think it will move NEO higher level slowly. If BTC stays sideways then NEO also will sideways between $7.12 and $6.60 levels."

As you can see on the chart NEO volume is up and prices are uptrend. Support stays at $7.50  and resistance stays at $8.30. As long as it can stay over support and not go below trend line then it will move up and not too long it will reach the resistance level and even more. Good time ahead for NEO.
