It is great coin and has a lot of potential going up pretty much but it is very hard to predict price ranges since prices move up very quick and goes down very quick but overall i think every person should have  some ICX in their portfolio.

Everything last time about ICX we talk about stays the same except few things changed 

"Support stays at $0.19  and volume is up especially the last 3 days. It is a great sign. As you see a long time it has a descending resistance and today it goes over it but we have to see a couple of days more what is happening, Maybe today movement is fake. If it stays over a couple of weeks then descending resistance becomes the support for ICX and starts moving up again. If it can reach to $0.26 level then I am bullish about this coin again. If it passes $0.26 then next resistance is $0.32 

Let's wait and see for confirmations for a couple of days, from these levels it will come a few times more to $0.19 point and will give us a few more chances to buy more than going up again"

Now support stay $0.2126 level and volume is down the last few days. But the good thing is is is staying above descending resistance and moving sideways. looks like it will stay around this area long before moving up again but it is weakening. It is hard to come down to $0.19 point but if BTC takes the whole market down it can reach and great buying opportunities.
