My Atomic Wallet desktop client just alerted me that the new client version was available a few minutes ago so I proceeded with the elegant new in-place install. Once it completed and I restarted the client, I quickly moved over to the staking menu to verify that support for AWC token was added. Sure enough, it was there as expected, just like in the mobile app! What surprised me was that support for staking BAND was added in at APR rates from 15%-17%! 

I verified that at least the iOS version does not have support for staking BAND yet, and that AWC is still available. One thing I noticed thus far is that BAND must have an unbonding period similar to ATOM. I've wanted to learn more about BAND for awhile so this gives me the kick in the pants to do a blog post on BAND after I've had some time to form an opinion.
