Pistol Squats are my favorite!



Pistol squats are compound unilateral movements which increase control, mobility, stability, and strength, and can help correct lower body muscular imbalances.

Joint flexion happens throughout the hips, knees, and ankles, aiding in mobility and functionality that translates to increased body awareness and control.

Pistols work the glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and even the core, making this an incredible compound bodyweight exercise.

Building strength and mobility in our bodies, WITH our bodies, is not just possible, but extremely beneficial and efficient.
