Hello to all Publsih0x Actifit Community! Welcome on my Blog. Now a days, I 'm doing my best to do Gym for one or two hours. In Ramadan, it is tough to follow this routine because of whole day fasting. Luckily, I have changed time and decided to visit gym early in the morning. Alhamdolilah, my this change brought fruit today for me. I not only visited Gym Center but also did few activities there.
Exercise No 1:
I started Gym by Weight lifting. I decided to start with 20 Kg piece. I counted 20 flexion and extensions for both arms. These are enough to make my Biceps and Triceps Muscles. Moreover, one selfie increases my confidence during this activity.
Exercise No 2:
After Weight Lifting, I encouraged myself for running on sheet of Treadmill. I entered programming for slow speed in the start. I coded maximum speed of 10KM/hour. First few steps were easy for me but with advancement in time, it's increased speed made me tired hence I stopped Treadmill. Anyway after finishing this exercise, I took snap.
Exercise No 3:
After doing this exercise, I took 20 minutes break because my breathing was so fast. After this, I decided to join Exercise Cycle to strengthen my arms and legs. It was 2nd time in my life, I got an opportunity to take ride on Exercise Cycle. I rarely do this exercise. This time, I decided to take ride with slow speed.
Future Plan:
Last but not least, I want to do my next activity with Body Pulldown machine. Literally, I was too much tired and thirsty, I added this activity in my next plan. With tired face and some hope for strong body, I took last selfie of my body. I hope you can guess my tired level 😂.
We should join Gym if we want a sound body. It is a truth,"A Sound body has a sound mind". I want to add more learning and stuff in my mind. Hence, I am making my body more strong. Any Actifit good advicer can add something in my fitness program, it will be a good suggestion for me. Thanks!
