Hello everyone, I'm Byron from Canada and I livestream the drawing of zombies. I used to do it a lot more than I do right now but I'm getting used to it so I can do it more again.
Make sense?
I started to livestream on Twitch a month or two ago with the thought that I can do this often and regular. That's still the goal but it's harder than I thought because there's a lot of stuff going on all the time in my days.
Plus I like to mint the art afterwards.
Plus I like to download and edit the videos too.
Plus I like to add my guitar to it so there's sound and stuff.
Plus regular household life mingled with online professional life with a heavy helping of panic from being overworked and unstaffed. Sure it's all my own doing, but still :D
Anyways. So what's the deal with this article? Well someone thinks it might be a good idea to explain a little about what I do after the live stream.
One of the first things I do is take a photo of the drawing. I will probably touch it up a little bit before hand, but usually nothing to major. Make some lines darker, define a shape a bit more. Minor fixes.
So that's the final drawing RAW picture.

I kept it simple and used the rings of the sketchbook as a sort of frame, then added a bit of text at the bottom to remember and as a bit of potential advertising. Some people don't like text on images, some people love it, some people also think that we need pineapple pizza arguments. Just goes to show you can't please everyone, so try to please yourself first when it comes to making your own art and stuff.
yeah . . . what a day.
So after I made the art and minted the template onto WAX, I minted out the first mint and put it up for an auction. Starting bid was 30 cents. Gotta love WAX :D
Sometime later today I'll make a drop for the 2nd-100 mints and price it somewhere at the floor, which is what that auction will decide. No one needs to buy one, but it doesn't make sense to sell the first one for XXX amount and then the rest for X amount. So time will tell what the floor will be.
Next up I downloaded the video to edit. Nice little feature of Twitch. Then I put it into iMovie on my macbook to make quick little edits. There is probably better software out there to use, but I don't know what it is yet. Let me know in the comments?
The biggest thing I do in iMovie is speed it up, but out the dead parts, remove the sound and if I'm in the mood, add my own sound.
After I am happy with it, I might send it to the ipad to crop the video. I have an app on there called youcut video which I could probably put on the macbook and save time, but I haven't.
With this little video I just sent it straight to youtube without sound.
I might add this to my tiktok later or even mint an animated gif version of this. If I do the latter, I'll try to write a quick article about that too.
