Cooking is similar to crypto in so many ways, as you can mix various ingredients to create a masterpiece... or overcook it! You will enjoy it, you will want more, and sometimes you get burned!

Chicken is like the layer-2 ETH chain that everyone is happy to use! It's not as expensive as the mainnet lamb or a rump stake, and does it's job when you are hungry! What about ribs? Crypto bro... ribs are the super-chain! Perfectly tender and cooked to perfection! 

If you know me a little… you know I can cook! If you know me better… you will know that cooking is my method to relax. Mixing ingredients is my way to “touch grass” and forget about the daily crypto hustle!

I visited the local butcher for some fresh stuff! Decided to get two racks of pork ribs and prepare them differently. One will be a dry smoky rib, while the second one will be a wet rib with citrus flavors. Why? Because I started watching this grilling competition on Netflix!

This recipe is more healthy than you think! Pork ribs are rich in Thiamine, Selenium, Zinc,  B12 and Niacin. The Selenium helps to make DNA and protects the cell from damage, while the Zinc maintains a healthy immune system. 

The Vitamin B12 helps in blood production and brain function., and the Niacin helps in the growth and metabolism of the body.

I took out the big guns, including the sea salt from Sicilia and the smoked Maldon salt! Life improves with flavors and pork ribs help ‌preserve muscle mass.

It is high in protein. The high-quality protein from the pork makes it easy to gain muscle along with exercises, so I will be eating ribs on the treadmill. 

Life needs a bit of taste, something that will never be achieved on-chain! Being in the Metaverse 24/7 ain't like being on Earth! Everything happens ten times faster!

Went crazy with the species, and my aim was to make them totally different. The dry ribs were covered with a dry rub made of smoked paprika, garlic dust, salt, pepper and Italian herbs! 🌶 🌿

The wet ribs were left to marinate in herbs, chopped garlic, shallots, oranges, lemons and the juices from all the above 🍋 Adding spices improved my hand-eye coordination, while the cooked ribs will improves muscle functions.

Eating good can be healthy as well! The secret is in reducing the amount of fats, sauces and sugars! Pork provides the body with various nutrients like taurine, creatine and others.

The ribs are also rich in amino acids, which make a specific compound known as carnosine, which is essential for muscle function.

Another secret is to exercise more than you ear. Negative calories intake will slowly help you lose weight. Being more active is hard, and I joined the gym! Just wait to see when I will start my work out!

The high carnosine levels led to less fatigue and better athletic performance... so ribs all the way! They alleviate symptoms of tension, anxiety and diseases that can result from Vitamin B deficiency.

Does grilling, frying and cooking count as exercising? Maybe! I shoved both ribs in the over, at low heat for few hours!

I added BBQ sauce on the wet ones to keep them moist, and put the dry ones in foil! Wet ribs with citrus flavor up, dry smokehouse ribs down! 🍖 🔥 Which one you prefer?

Don't forget that proper thyroid functioning is necessary to maintain the appropriate metabolism, development and growth. That is why it is essential to have a healthy dose of protein, like pork ribs!  It is also beneficial to have enough iron to boost their low energy levels... from pork ribs!
