Now Lockbit has stepped up as the elite axis of hacking evil at a state sponsored competency level.   Or so this article says, we don't trust their stats cuz we can't see any North Korean APT38  / Lazarus in there anywhere.  Maybe Lazarus has diversified above ransomware ar ar ar !!
