In the covid time we have to remain flexible. One form of flexibility is to exercise at home. Of course you don't have to turn your living room into a gym. Here are 4 tips for getting the most out of your home workout.
Ensure safety
We will immediately start with the most important. Your safety. Therefore, make sure that you make enough space and take away items that could be dangerous. That way your things won't get damaged and you won't get hurt. This way you can fully focus on your training.
Choose the right training gear
I am a big fan of body workouts without heavy equipment or weights. Still, you will need a few things to train. An example of this is a mat or training clothes. So think carefully about what you need before you start training.
Start with the exercises you enjoy
Moving from the gym to a home workout can take some time getting used to. By starting the exercises you enjoy, you will want to train again more easily the next time. That's how I keep it up.
Train at set times
Regularity is important. Because training at home is very easy to plan, it will be easier to postpone. I'll do it in an hour, another 5 minutes. In 1 hour. Pooh it's late, tomorrow will be another day. So try to keep it regular.
