In only F2P version of Guild Wars 2 I played for a month and it was a real fun! Character creation, main story, side quests, gameplay are just great, but let's start from the beginning.
We have 5 races to choose:
- Charrs - race of victorious, cat-like warriors
- Humans - race that never gives up, which expierenced many wars and loss
- Norns - race of powerful, big barbarians from frozen lands
- Sylvari - young humanoid race made of plants
- Asura - race of very small growth and a great intellect
Regardless of the chosen race, we have all character classes at our disposal.
As for the story, each character has its own unique story, which we create together with our hero in the character creation menu. To be able to develop the story of our character, we must explore the world and perform side quests, which are massive and literally each of them is different.
Ok, but what if we don't care about a main story? In this case we can just skip the entire storyline and we can do for example, doing events, which refresh every few minutes, and are scattered all over the map. We can also go for a fight with other players, whether it is in the arenas or in the fights of the worlds.
So, in my opinion Guild Wars 2 is game worth a try in 2020. Especially that a new paid addition will be released soon :)
