There's a survey by Forbs Health that says that only 10% of people stick to their goals throughout the year, this survey goes a little deeper and says that people only try to achieve these resolutions for 3 months from the beginning of the year, so by March most people have already given up, but do you know why? enjoy and come with me!!
A goal alone means absolutely nothing, you need a method. There's no point in wanting something if you don't know how to do it, so we're left with that fairly typical internet discourse of “believe in your dreams” “go and do it” “everything you want you can do” and NO!!, not everything you want you can't do, most likely many of the things you want you won't get and you'll be frustrated, but if you have a method you'll be able to make your goals go ahead.

When I talk about methods, I'm talking about productivity methodologies that exist, such as the Smart methodology, Kanban, GTD, Pomodoro, there are a lot, there are a lot of different ways of creating methodologies for how to be productive with your goals that you could have, but you know what the big problem with that is? it's a lot of work. Saying that your goal next year is to become an entrepreneur is a lot easier than sitting on your ass and saying “how am I going to become an entrepreneur next year”, so before you even have a goal, have a plan for how you're going to execute that goal, study how you can get that goal off the paper because then it will become something achievable, something more concrete like “oh my dream...” forget your dream, it's worthless, how you're going to execute your dream is where the value of the thing lies.
And in today's article I bring you a list of how to have a good new year for yourself, if you've liked what has been covered so far leave a like and enjoy and come with me!!!
1. Make a list
You can start by making a list of what you want to do. This is also important. At the beginning of the year, it's a good idea to do this about what you want to do in various aspects of your life, in various spheres of your life, in a personal, professional, and romantic sphere. What are your plans in each of these spheres? Create these spheres in your micro and macro perspectives, and this will do you a lot of good. And revisit this throughout the year. The beginning of the year is a time when we are inspired, energized, and we can take advantage of this energy for positive things.

2. Cultivate new habits
The end of the year is also a great time to cultivate new positive habits. Take advantage of the fact that you are excited, take advantage of the fact that you are at the end of a cycle and start new things. Motivation will not help in anything, okay, motivation ends. What you need is to start, start eating better, start exercising better, start reading because sometimes that was the push you needed.
3. Be grateful
Another important step for you to have a good year is to cultivate gratitude. It is very easy to look at a new year, a new calendar and think "what do I want again, what do I want, how do I want to accumulate more, how do I want to be more plentiful" and we end up being very little grateful for what we have already achieved, both materially and emotionally and spiritually.
Life is much more about accumulating things and we need to have this moment of gratitude, because no matter how bad you are, if you are reading this article through a screen, you have a screen to look at, you have eyes to see, you have the ability to understand, you have internet, you have health and it is important for us to be grateful for that. I am not saying that you have no room for improvement, that you do not deserve much more, you deserve incredible things, but we will only be able to have incredible things when we are able to be grateful for what we have. We grow when we value what we have.
