Free To Use Music -- My Favorite High Intensity Workout / Gaming Songs As A Playlist -- Enjoy!

TLDR: Today I am sharing a playlist full of my favorite high intensity gaming/ workout music with you. I have just created the playlist. Enjoy!

In my search for the best free music on the internet, I found a couple of great high energy/ high intensity songs which work well together in a playlist. With "free" I am referring to copyright free content or content which can at least be used in monetized YouTube videos.

As you might know from my other blog, I am working as a fitness class instructor. I am pretty much constantly listening to lots of music, always looking for the greatest tracks to work out to. In this special playlist, I collected songs that will push you to your limit, both in your workouts, as well as in your gaming. As I said in my previous post: Coincidentally, the same tracks that work well for workouts also work well for gaming.

Once in a while I spend the time to construct entire playlists around the tracks which I find. And today was one of those days again. This week, two of my fitness classes started. I tech them online now. "Workout-at-home" in resemblance to work-at-home. ;)

Please have a listen and tell me what you think in the comments.

The playlist starts with two songs for warmup and ends with three songs for cooldown. The middle is full of high energy/high intensity songs. I have used this exact playlist in some of my HIIT classes already. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The idea is that you perform a couple of exercises at close to your maximum heart rate, then take a rest which is about as long as your body needs to lower your heart rate to 50% of its max. Needless to say, music that pushes you to your max will help you perform such workouts.

If you are a content creator and would like to use any of the songs, check the links to the original songs in the description of my video for information that you need to include in the description of your video. Feel free to use my playlist in its entirety. If you do, please link to my YouTube video above.

Feel free to subscribe to my YouTube channel. More great workout playlists are coming soon!

PS: I used the free video editor "VSDC" again to create the video to the playlist. I believe I stepped up my game again and I am almost happy with the result. I wish I knew how to make the static background picture less static and make it shake with the music. Or make the particles which are suspended in the air move according to the beat. Or at least make the text glow according to the beat. I will do some more research in order to find out if and how that is possible with the free video editor that I started using. However, compare this latest video to my first attempt (see the video below) -- quite an improvement, right? :D
