I've been meaning to post this for a while, but this happened while I was away on a well earned holiday.
But we did it 0Xers! We landed a Libero FC team in the top 100 for the first time ever!
Not quite the dizzying heights, but a very strong game week for Libero FC. Top dog being Vangelis Pavlidis with a true captain's contribution! The frustrating thing is that this team could have been better. In the same week another forward, scored 79, but he was hidden away in one of my training teams!
Anyway, the rewards for a top 100 finish are limited cards. And in my case, we welcomed FC Dallas forward Franco Jara to the club:
Currently, the price of this limited card on the secondary marketplace is between 0.0007 ETH (~£1) and some managers hoping to bag 0.012ETH (~£18).
Still, for a team made up of entirely free cards, the prize is excellent and shows there is some money to be made in this game, even if you don't spend any of your own cash!
Resolution 1: to actually do a bit more research ahead of the game weeks to make sure I'm fielding quality players with the best chances of netting me valuable prizes!
Resolution 2: Learn about baseball. I've been totally useless on the MLB game and my teams always suck - if anyone has any advice I'd be willing to hear it!
