Beware of fake tokens on Tron network

So, I am using TronLink wallet where I keep my TRX and BTT I often see new tokens appear without doing anything.

The most significant numbers are KPL and BAL. No idea what the first is. However, the 2nd one has gained my attention because I know the symbol of it - and the letters - It's a fake Balancer (ERC-20 token) which cost about 50 USD and is listed on Coinbase. However, the TRON version is fake. I did a research online and there are people talking about it on Reddit. I truly don't know what they are trying to do with it but cannot be any good. And normally if it was an official Tron project Justing Sun would be posting about it on Twitter.

So I would suggest staying away from any token that you have no idea why you have it. It seems to be very easy to create a token on the Tron network and try to fool someone. Always check Reddit for clues.

About some of those other coins that you see on the screenshots, they might be dropped if you play around with some of Dapps on the mainnet, but if there isn't a significant value there I wouldn't bother with them.
