Recently they have added a 2nd level of captcha to their system that so far as stated I am a robot and to contact tech support and then showed an error and didn't credit the work from the game play. This is part of the latest upgrade. They have posted about the update of their FB page and i am seeing others with the issue.
This is a problem since you can not gain credit for the work you are doing.
