As a Chef to you...

As a Chef to you...

By Torsovomit | VillaRosaChef | 15 Dec 2020

Alright as my first post....this will not be about food.

This will be my entry as all the fucked up shit I have been through as a cook and as a chef, along with how I know how to do shit.

Along with tips and tricks, the common sense of cooking...which is almost none existent.

I am not a papered Chef....three quarter's of the "Red Seal" Chefs couldn't cook a piece of chicken for the life of them without sending it out raw...

"Pastry Chefs" that can not even make a simple crepe...without fucking up 80% of them.

When you try an correct this as their pan is not hot enough they get on there high horse because they are "papered" or in school.

To people who just do not belong in kitchens what so ever.

Being in a kitchen and being useful comes don't to knowing what you do not know and trying to learn and above all....common fucking sense.

As well as the recipes I am going to share with you.

Also to say my recipes are FUCKING GUIDELINES.

Thats the fun and art of cooking, You will never know everything in your lifetime.

If you think that way, your simple minded and will not grow in the industry...or at home.

In this blog I will be going over everything you need to know as a beginner and perhaps you are well beyond me...I fucking doubt that though.

How to make Yorkie rise to flawless cheesecake from to the oven to the fridge without cracks what so ever? I know right.

Make authentic Tiramisu?

Slow roasted Lamb Ossobucco?

Perfect rice?

Excellent risotto?

Succulent duck?

Working with wine to bring the utmost flavour? Or reductions to add a zing to a mediocre dish?

Properly pound out a thing like veal like a pro?

An assortment of perfectly el dente pasta dishes?

Perfect Asian dishes for cheap?

I make a pretty darn good bowl of versatile noodle bowls...

Vegetarian

Vegan

Or meat lovers.

This blog is to learn and laugh and develop your own style of cooking.
