The Tron Foundation was been is dispute to secure their Trademarks In USA,the Trademarks in Question are TRON, TRONNETWORK and TRONIX.

The Trademarks was requested in the beginning of the Year by Tron Foundation partners Raybo Technology but Disney get on the way making a formal opposition to those Trademarks and because Raybo Technology didn't respond to ,the United States Patent and Trademark Office,gave the Win to Disney.

Disney Justified the opposition against TRON Foundation request to register the Trademarks as them could infringe in the long History of the giant media series and Films with the same name.

Disney has a Franchise with the Name TRON Built in 1982 that includes movie,animated TV series,video games and musical recordings.

The U.S Patent and Trademark Office gave the Win to Disney but seems that the TRON Foundation was not that worried to get those Trademarks in USA or They accepted to lose not showing until now any Development on that.

This means the TRON, TRONNETWORK and TRONIX belongs to Disney and Tron Foundation if they not appeal may not use anymore those without being in agreement with Disney or incur violation of Trademark.
