France first Firm to conduct an Initial Coin Offering as been granted support for the Top Financial Regulator In the Country.

The French Financial Top Regulator affirm that is the first approved ICO on the Country and was granted to a company named French ICO.

The authorization was granted following the PACTE Law that is a mechanism to fundraising crypto assets in France. Only public offering are covered with this instrument and only directed to Utility Tokens for now.

The Firm French ICO will conduct the ICO in 2020 and this is remarkable as France is opening the Market accredited Firms regulated by the Government.

Project with funding Capital,fair to the Market and Technological Forwarded will benefit from the PACTE Law that's is an instrument to facilitate financial procedure.

France is entering to the Crypo Space with Regulated assets ensuring that Crypto Firms will follow the directives imposed on the Initial Coin Offering and granting that Investors won't get their money stolen.

Recently France announced that in 2020 will test their CBDC and seems to step by step entering in the Market. France was the first Country to go against the LIBRA project from Facebook claiming that ,the project is against all the European Union Sovereign and can destabilize The Financial Market.

Now they are approving even laws to Crypto in their soil...or this means their are favorable to crypto or preparing the space to their own digital currencies!! Who knows that...only time will tell!!
