Last month the Ethereum Researcher who has been accused of conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act got arrested and faces a twenty years in Jail got his Bail Denied!
The Ethereum Researcher Travelled to North Korea without authorization of the USA Government to assist them in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency,also helped the Pyong-Yang crew in laundering money using Crypto.
The reason behind the denial is that the Ethereum Researcher Text message sent to his parents renouncing the US citizenship and setting a Money Launder business in North Korea .
Taking a message in consideration to deny a bail is something very dubious! If the researcher actually sent an message it's clear that the Man have some privileges and ,I don't know if In the US people can use mobile cellphone inside they cells if not that text message is illegally!
And the US Citizenship Researcher must prove that is not guilty for all the accusations that is being carried by him. If he actually helped the Pyong-Yang Government laundering money thru Crypto and also avoid the US sanctions He must pay for that...we don't need Launderers in the crypto space!
