Bithumb crypto exchange will delist Monero (XMR) following Sex Scandal in June 1st, 2019.

The crypto exchange based in South Korea will take the same way Huobi China did and delist the privacy coin and help also the authorities track and arrest the sex scandal involving transactions with XMR spotted on Telegram, which criminals used it to purchase pornography material using the anonymous coin. Other reason behind the Bithumb desire to delist it was because after the announcement of the scandal on media the trade of XMR decreased a lot in the crypto exchange.

Monero is known privacy coin that hackers and criminals like to use to conduct their illegal activities, it's easy to mine and the nature of private asset turn the transaction absolute anonymous protecting the owner.

The authorities and the exchanges are working together to catch the criminals, also a important note, that no Cryptocurrency is used for illegal activities but the people who use the coin to conduct illicit and forbidden activity must be responsible for their acts.
