This is a typical recipe from the Valencian community whose name literally means "set of noodles".
Ingredients

250g of fideua noodles
500 ml of fish broth
200 g of squid or squid
15 prawns
10 surimi sticks
an envelope of paellero (already prepared mixture of saffron, paprika and food coloring
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 small onion
Preparation
The first thing is to fry the onion with a little oil until it is transparent, then add the prawns, squid and the chopped surimi sticks, fry for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
Now we add the noodles and the tomato sauce, mix well with the previous ingredients so that it takes on the flavor.
Next we add the very hot fish broth so as not to break the cooking together with the paellero envelope, we put on a high heat for about three minutes and then we lower the heat so that it is done slowly for about ten minutes or until everything has been consumed the broth.
