Couple hours ago, @steem.leo posted a nice update regarding their on-going burning efforts, explaining how they have now burned over 1.1 Million LEO tokens, or over 22% of the total token supply:
Imo, this is a pretty sight to behold! And the burn ratio keeps increasing by the day! Imagine if we had something similar with STEEM going! Over 70 millions steems would be burned by now! Sadly... we do not!
Now that I think of it, if it wasn't for steem-engine, steemleo, and other nice stuff going like steem-monsters, steem would have probably been well below 10 cents by now!
So, after the announcement I headed over steem-engine as I recollected that I had a couple of liquid STEEMP and bought myself a couple hundred more LEOs at marketprice. I am already at a nice profit so I said fuck it, I am too lazy to wait for an order to fill. And with leo hitting one ATH after the other even during this shitty bear market, it doesn't seem to really matter. The token seems to have stabilized at over 0.2 steem and probably it will soon be over 0.3! Time will tell!
At the moment I am sitting comfy at 13163.976 LEO power.. Just a bit more and I will soon have 15k, which is the magic number to get the LION rank in the discord.
