Basic Attention Token (BAT) For Free!
As I mentioned previously, I would be posting on methods I use to earn free Tronix (TRX) around the web on a daily basis. I will be posting these soon.
But TRX is not the only crypto I collect for minimal effort and for free.
I have been earning free BAT for months now, by using the most excellent Brave browser on both my laptop and Samsung A51
I initially came across Brave when trawling for ad and pop up blockers (I actually wanted a new VPN at the time that could do all for free). Brave were promising to block all adds except a selected few, depending on user habits, what sites you visit etc that they would pay you in BAT to view. Also block cross-site trackers (cross-site cookies, cross-site fingerprinting etc), and scripts, if you choose.
Content creators can also be tipped and earn with Brave rewards, much like with our fabulous Publish0x, Reddit or youtube. As mentioned above, you can earn without creating if your feeling lazy, for simply looking at selected adds. At a max of five adds per hour you can pull a few BAT per day ($0.25 per BAT at time of writing) without any effort, and another bonus is, as the adds appear as a notification first, you only look at them when you want to. You don't even need to read the ad, as it's an eyes on only. This essentially means, you glance at it and delete it, and jobs a good 'un, you get your BAT. The browser is also super fast due to the lack of ads, cookies and trackers etc.
BAT being a top 50 ranker with a market cap of $376,525,647 and a 24 hour volume of $314,517,361 at time of writing, it's well positioned to rise in price over time also, making it a great investment for hodlers.

It's a solid performer, a token I own, and one I love to get for free. Everything tastes better when it's free right? I've even been clicking on ads as I've been writing this article and earned myself a bit. Almost like moonlighting whilst sat down drinking coffee and eating biscuits.
So, how do you download and install? It's as easy as any browser download and will run alongside any other you have installed as and when you want to use it. I have completely given up on any other as this one is an earner. I only open my chrome browser by accident these days :)

Install Brave on Windows

- If prompted, click Run or Save.
- If you chose Save, double-click the download to start installing.
Windows 7: A Brave window opens once everything is done.
Windows 8 & 8.1: A welcome dialog appears. Click Next to select your default browser.
Windows 10: A Brave window opens after everything is done.
Install Brave on Mac

- Open the file.
- In the window that opens, find Brave.
- Drag Brave to the Applications folder.
- You might be asked to enter the admin password.
- If you don't know the admin password, drag Brave to a place on your computer where you can make edits, like your desktop.
Open Brave. Open Finder. In the sidebar, to the right of Brave, click Eject.
As mentioned, the browser is also incredible fast, due to the lack of adverts, cookies and trackers. It's wallet comes already attached to your extensions bar and is easy to navigate and use.
