Last year I took a road trip to a place called Buôn Ma Thuột, in Đắk Lắk Province, Central Vietnam.
Buôn Ma Thuột is about 300Km (200 miles) from Ho Chi Minh City by road. I went the long way, of course, and probably travelled over 500Km!
Đắk Lắk is the centre of Vietnam's coffee growing region and has the best coffee in Vietnam.
Vietnamese coffee is typically Robusta coffee, although they do grow some Arabica coffee as well. Robusta is a darker, heavier brew with 30% more caffeine than Arabica Coffee.
This is one of the most beautiful coffee shops I've ever been to and Paradise is an apt name.
It's more than an acre of grounds, with a beautiful pond (small lake really) and lots of greenery all around.
With lots of knick knacks littered around the grounds.
Beautifully lit at night.
At night time, it is truly beautiful with the lighting showcasing the different artifacts lying around
And of course, there has to be a Buddha!
