Token exchanges are essential in crypto space and I love DeFi swaps like Uniswap, KyberSwap, or DEX aggregators like matcha and 1inch.

But fees are high and there are so many fees like gas fees, transaction fees, claim fees, vote fees, unlock fees... Pretty much anything you do there is a fee for that... fees are also essential part of crypto?! maybe so but who can afford them if they are too expensive?

However before you will be able to swap LRC token, you have to UNLOCK LRC first so that your wallet will give permission to 1inch to use your LRC token.

If you don't unlock it, 1inch won't be able to access your LRC so no token swap. I think it is a great security feature but the same time, who wants to pay unlock fees for all the other tokens you HODL?

This is not just 1inch exchange. In Uniswap, you have to approve token before swap. KyberSwap all the other DeFi swaps work pretty much the same way.

One time is okay maybe but two times is one too many? Or say no to unlock fee?
