This is my version of a tasty cabbage soup. I have been eating it during the diet I was doing and lost alot of weight. I thought that it was truly tasty and I really could eat this for weeks to come. The flavor of the cabbage is so good and very hearty. It gives you all the daily needs of your vitamins and nutrients that you may need. I hope that you enjoy. As always you may tweak this to your liking.
What you need:
1 head cabbage cut into strips like spaghetti
6 carrots small chop
6 stalks celery small chop
3 small onions small dice
4 chicken bouillon(I like to use knorr)
12 cups of water
What to do:
First add you chopped cabbage in the pot with about 2 cups of water with the bouillon.
cover and let this cook down for about 25-30 mins it should reduce to half.
Next add your celery, carrots, onions
Cover with the rest of your water and stir.
Finally cover and let cook on medium low till all veggies are tender.
This will be very good and you can add other veggies if you like.
