Publish0x New Tip: Predictions - Blog #9

Welcome back to the roundup fellow cryptocurrency enthusiasts. Today I’ll be talking about some tip predictions on Publish0x.

So... 2 days ago, I was actually looking on the Popular article section of Publish0x, and I come across a heartwarming article about increased tips up 30% for the rest of 2020. I found this very nice of the devs, another list of the things I’m greatful for. But there was one single line that made me very interested. This:

… in that post I will tease out a bit of info on a new tipping token that will come early in 2021. ;)

So, a new tipping token eh? This doesn’t surprise me, as Publish0x is crypto agnostic and has supported many a token in its time. We also need a Loopring alternative. So I’m going to be talking about possible alternatives. I’ll be talking about 3 promising tokens that I am hoping for.

I’m going to be using mostly logic in this article so bear with me. Firstly, the token is almost 100% an ERC 20. This means it runs off of the Ethereum blockchain, just like our friend Ampleforth and Brave Attention Token. Now there aren’t a massive number of ERC 20 tokens that are actually used. Only about 5 are used in mainstream trading, and only about 50 exist. So what’s the best ERC 20 token for Publish0x? Well, I’ve narrowed my search to just 3 likely tokens for the platform.

POSSIBLE TOKEN 1: AUGUR (REP)

Augur is quite an interesting currency. It’s well known and very much used. Today (27/12/2020), it’s worth about 15 dollars. So it’s no slouch in terms of pricing. Now Ethereum and BAT always go up and down quite a bit (not so much Ampleforth, which is relatively stable). Really, Publish0x only needs one basically stable coin. So they’ll most likely be looking at non stable currencies. That’s one of the reasons I’ve picked no stablecoins for my predictions.

What is Augur? Well, Augur is actually a no limit betting platform. So really, Augur moderates and controls the betting platform. So it’s kind of like Nexo tokens. Now that could be an issue theoretically. Because Publish0x doesn’t really associate with gambling, perhaps this won’t be a token. But just because it runs off of a betting platform doesn’t mean that you need to bet to own it. Therefore, this is a very possible token in my opinion, and one to look out for.

POSSIBLE TOKEN 2: ZILLIQA (ZIL)

Now this is one of the most likely tokens in my opinion, especially considering its recent success in the past week (if you don’t know, it’s gone up 75% in value). So what is Zilliqa? Well, it’s a cryptocurrency like any other of course, but Zilliqa is the first currency to use SHARDING. So sharding is basically where you can store all information in a single shard rather than the entire blockchain.

Zilliqa is currently worth 0.058115 GBP, which is not too far off of BAT really. So who knows, maybe Zilliqa will be the new currency. I would 100% be very happy with that as a new tip

POSSIBLE TOKEN 3: TRIUMPH X (TRIX)

Again, this is also another likely token. In the past week, Triumph has risen by over 100% to its current value of $9.35. This currency makes sure that NFTs stay active, and actually, NFTs are becoming increasingly popular these few months.

Triumph is still a lesser known currency, as it can’t be stored in many wallets. However, it is a very cool currency and it does run on Ether, so this currency is a big possibility.
