Today is just did a short high intensity training that took me just 10.56 minutes.
At the end i was out of breath and I could feel my spleen protesting. It was a nice sensation as i rarely exercise so hard lately.
Warmup
10 windmill forward and 10 backward
20 jumping jacks
30 sec plank hold
10 reverse lunges
20 skipping jumps
30 sec toes reach
Then i tried to get a personal best (PB) time against 5.01 minutes previous record:
Training
40 sprawls
40 high knees
I did a nice 3.32 minutes.
And i finished with some stretching:
20 sec chest stretch left and 20 sec right
20 sec shoulder stretch left and 20 sec right
30 sec triceps stretch left and 30 sec right
30 sec hip stretch left and 30 sec right
30 sec glutes stretch left and 30 sec right.
That was all and at the end i was huffin' and puffin' worst that the Big Bad Wolf.
