BlockFi Will Allow More of Your Crypto to Earn 6.2% Compound Interest

I wrote previously about my experience with BlockFi, and have successfully received compound interest on the Bitcoin that I deposited. The BTC that I received from their earlier promotion was also a nice bonus!

To show the crypto community they are continuing to find ways to make their services more attractive, BlockFi have recently announced their tiering system will increase effective December 1, 2019.

BTC

BTC balances of 0 to 10 BTC will now earn 6.2% Annual Percentage Yield (previously 0 to 5 BTC)
Balances above 10 BTC will earn 2.2% Annual Percentage Yield

ETH

ETH balances of 0 to 1000 ETH will now earn 4.1% Annual Percentage Yield (previously 0 to 500 ETH)
Balances above 1000 ETH will earn 0.5% Annual Percentage Yield

This will mark the second significant ETH increase this quarter. In fact, BlockFi raised their Tier 1 ETH level from 200 ETH to 500 ETH earlier this month!
