79.5% don't support Justin Trudeau

79.5% Eligible Voters Did NOT Vote For Trudeau

Right now, like most fellow Canadians, I am 'upset' with Justin Trudeau. I did not vote for him in the last federal elections on September 20, 2021. I knew what he was up to but most people just weren't aware of the stunts he was trying to pull, namely pushing bills C-10 and C-36 through the house to be sent to the senate for a vote to make it into law. These bills are related to internet censorship laws, the kind where if you made fun of someone's hair in an online comment, the cops could come to your house, drag you off to jail and fine you up to $70,000.

C-10 nearly made it. It passed the house on June 22, 2021 at 1:30 am. They got help from other parties' members to get it passed but fortunately, Trudeau's snap election call / gamble for September effectively killed the bill. Those that voted for this bill should and must be voted out in the next elections, which I believe will be soon.

Up until last September, Trudeau had been in power 6 years with an original 4 year majority government and a 2 year minority government. He knew he couldn't get these bills to pass so he took a chance and called a snap election 2 years into what could have been a 4 year term. This means we Canadians have had 3 elections in just 6 years, the most recent costing $600,000,000. Canadians have now spent about a billion and a half dollars so this guy can stay in power... for just 6+ years. Seems such a waste doesn't it?

Another election is coming as I believe a no-confidence vote is around the corner. This happened to Paul Martin's government as well as Joe Clark's government, both of which were minority governments. This means we'll have spent some $2 billion in less than 7 years on four federal elections when it's finally said and done. That kind of money could end hunger in Canada instantly AND pay everyone's heating bill for the winter and then some!

I researched the last Canadian federal election and what I dug up rather astounded me but at the same time, made me realize that I wasn't alone in my disdain for Justin. As it turns out, I am actually part of the majority. Contrary to what Justin Trudeau says, we are not a fringe minority. The opposite is actually true.

Here are the facts proving that the vast majority of Canadians either did not vote for Justin Trudeau or didn't vote at all!

Canada Election September 20,2021 (Cost - $600 Million).

Liberals won 160 seats, Conservatives got 119 seats, the Bloc Quebecois got 32 seats, the New Democratic Party (NDP) got 25 seats while the Green Party won 2 seats.

Nearly 66% of eligible voter turn out - near average of last 5 decades or so.

Trudeau and the Liberal Party got 5,556,629 votes or 47.3%, almost but not quite a majority.

Shortest campaign period allowed by law.

27.1 million eligible voters in Canada as of September, 2021. Only 17,034,243 actually voted or close to 66%. Some 10,000,000 Canadians chose not to vote at all, totaling some 34% of eligible voters.

Out of 27.1 million eligible voters, 21.5 million either did not vote for Trudeau or did not vote at all.

Of all eligible voters, only 20.5% actually voted for Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party.

The other 79.5% do not support Justin Trudeau.

When I visited the Elections Canada website to get the numbers, I was surprised to see that the Green Party which got 2 seats in the house, only got 396,988 of the votes. On the other hand, the party I voted for, The People's Party of Canada got 840,993 votes but didn't win any seats.

Believe it or not, there are 24 parties that ran in last September's elections, including the Marijuana Party which managed to get more than 2,000 thumbs ups. The top parties are the Liberal Party, Conservative Party, NDP and the Bloc Quebecois. Of the other 20 remaining parties, the People's Party got way more votes than all of them combined, garnering more that twice as many votes as the Green Party.

The ruling parties are set to gang up on the Liberals as they salivate for their chance at the Prime Minister's seat. You can already see them changing their tune and demanding Trudeau ease up on or end mandates and restrictions. They know an election is forthcoming and will do whatever it takes to win votes. Alas, I believe the main parties are doomed as they all promoted more restrictions, mandates, lockdowns, vaccine passports right up until our brave soldiers, errrr, I meant our brave truckers showed up at Ottawa's front step en masse.

Even the Provincial Premiers were set to launch a vaccine passport just to travel from province to province, all of which is just starting to come to light. Even Walmart was set to install vaccine passport screeners for anyone entering their stores. Please think about that next time you consider shopping at ChinaMart, errrr, Walmart.

Now they too are changing their tune. The Saskatchewan and Alberta Premiers have already announced an end to covid restrictions. These buggers all want to get re-elected.

It's up to us free Canadians to get out there and vote come next elections. While I'm disappointed that some ten million of my fellow Canadians chose not to vote in the last elections, I'm also happy they didn't as it helped prevent Trudeau from gaining a majority. Who knows what we were facing if...

Next time around, I expect voter turnout to exceed 70%. The last time this happened in Canada was on October 25, 1993. The best turn out ever for a Canadian federal election occurred on March 31, 1958 with 79.4% of eligible voters handing in their ballot. Let's smash this number and go for 90% or better.

Only then will we honestly know for sure who is the real winner is. Until then.... God bless our truckers!!!
