It's been tough lately. I had to take a job as a waiter at Waffle House to pay the bills. I was taking drink orders last night when a woman asked: "May I have a Coke?"

"Is Pepsi okay?" I replied.

"Is it okay if I pay you in Bitcoin?!" She remarked.

"Wow! Absolutely! I thought I'd never have the honor. Can we take a picture together? Real world adoption of blockchain is happening right here!"

Before I could finish my speech she taunted me.

"No. Bitcoin is worse than Monopoly money. I was trying to tell you Pepsi was NOT okay. Nerd!"

I was sad. Here I thought real world adoption was happening in my own backyard. My boss heard the exchange and noticed I wasn't feeling well. He called me over.

"BMC, I know how much Bitcoin means to you. You spend your breaks on your phone looking at videos about it and always talk about it. You live it. I see your passion and dedication and I respect that. You have a dream and never give up. Everyone thinks you're insane but you just keep on going."

"Hold on boss...Are you about to say what I think you're about to say?! You are going to accept Bitcoin and pay us in Bitcoin?!"

"No! What are you, crazy?! Get back to work!"
