I encourage you to read this article, we both know you already have some of these coins in your portfolio but there might be one of these coins you probably haven't added in your portfolio. As we already know there is a handful of crypto coins and picking the best out of them is not an easy task, only when we do not determine our investment strategy. Knowing what we are looking for, means we have outlined some guidelines for a kind of portfolio to hold. This is determined by the goal in the investment which we want to achieve. Let's look into the five cryptocurrencies I have to undercover. Bear in mind you already have some or all in your portfolio. Here are some of my reasons for owning some of these coins. I imagine like telling a young boy or even a granny, so I have to avoid some technical reasons like market capitalisation, trading volume etc.
- Institutional investors buying up some of these coins
- Crypto made easy to use.
- Having the capability of solving real-world problems
- Team
1. Bitcoin: As the king and first of all coins to exist and is popular in the market and I think all crypto enthusiasts own bitcoin. With the wake of institutional investors buying bitcoin, this adoption from these institutional investors has brought up some attention in this economy. As mentioned in bitcoin's whitepaper, the real-world problem addressing is transaction cost and trust. I personally do not trust banks and the cost of the transaction with banks are purely high when compared with bitcoin. Having my own bank is amazing, is like keeping my money under my pillow and having access to it whenever I want. Bitcoin is more established and it is not going to fail.
2. Ethereum: We just said bitcoin is king, so probably ethereum is the queen as it is the second coin. This coin is so well established, I consider ethereum an altcoin just because I do not want to confuse myself with the meaning of alt. Ethereums smart contract platform is hosting a significant amount of some other crypto projects on its blockchain. Like on quora a great number of questions our popping day and night, people wanting to know if ether is a good investment. This is because ethereum is quite affordable right now than bitcoin. Moreover, as we're going to see the launch of ETH2.0 which the ethereum foundation describes this upgrade as upgrading ethereum to radical new heights. Migrating from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake to create a scalable, secure and sustainable network will reduce the circulating supply of ethereum. This is going to reduce sell pressure and will increase buy pressure therefore increase the price of ETH. What is more interesting, the founder of Ethereum is always keeping investors up to date on Twitter.
3. Basic Attention Token: I do not like watching ads when am browsing on google, if you are like me, this is why you have to invest in this project. Basic Attention Token (BAT) is the token utilise on the brave browser and run on the ethereum blockchain. The brave browser is dedicated to saving your time, bandwidth, blocking ads and trackers while rewarding you to display their privacy respected ads. I will personally recommend the brave browser. I believe in their project, and I hope you do too, as they are tackling the biggest internet surfing problems. Really, you won't sell your data for absolutely anything, so I believe there is increasing use of the brave browser, the project will definitely go mainstream. The brave project is more favourable to content creators and advertisers. Content creators get tipped directly on the brave browser and advertiser using BAT to launch their ads will be more affordable than traditional finance.
4. DIVI: I did personally encouraged you to read this article from the beginning. Am happy you have read up to this level. Now let us see if Divi is worth being in your portfolio. The Divi project is aimed at making cryptocurrencies easy to use. Imagine a cryptocurrency grandma can easily understand. This means addresses are names, phone numbers and emails and not long alphanumeric addresses. and The team behind the Divi project wants to make cryptocurrencies easy to use and at the same time providing residual income. So you can earn residual income with a one-click with their masternode. I read their whitepaper and its absolutely having value. Personally, they are aiming at solving the mean problems in the cryptocurrency industry. If they implement their vision, it will probably be one of the best projects out there. The Divi project has an experienced team and they are verifiable on Linkin and having their community on most social platforms which means these are real people in the real world.
5. Cardano: I can bet that Cardano is a promising project. As we all know, the value of a cryptocurrency project is seen in its whitepaper. Cardano's whitepaper is a broader one. The future of smart contracts system is uncertain, John Doe is betting that if Ethereum fails to deliver, then it would probably be ADA. The team behind the Cardano project is a great one and are careful with their development.
To ramp up, these crypto coins I have listed nearly every crypto investor is holding a bag full of some of these coins. These cryptocurrencies are traded on most popular exchanges like coinbase. I hope you have been very happy about investing in these projects.
These are only my views and not an endorsement, so I am in no way advising you to change your portfolio and this is only for educational content.
