Summary
Hey everybody, Ryan here, with another Tellor update. So, this week we finally deployed our governance contract on Polygon main net. This being the final puzzle piece to make Tellor fully decentralized over on Polygon. Fuse network had its first official piece of data reported. If you recall, last week, they had implemented Tellor using the “How to implement Tellor on any EVM chain” guide and they were just looking for some reporters to start reporting data. So, this is great to see, not only in the ease of implementing Tellor, but also in the turnaround time in which it happened. This week we also had our reporter call, where we got some updates on the new release that came out today, as well as updates on Morphware, Diva protocol and even a new spot price that we'll be reporting on, which is the BCT/USD. BCT stands for Base Carbon Con and is a token created by the Toucan protocol, where it's backed by carbon credits. So, for all you, green thumbs out there, we now have a piece of data that we can report on, that's relevant to your space. Also, on the reporter call we got an update on Algorand where we deployed our first iteration of the Tellor oracle on their test net. There's still some logic and security testing to work out, but a great step forward nonetheless. And finally, today marks the beginning of ETH Denver. Right now, it's the virtual aspect. We'll be flying out next week for the in real life events, where in case you missed it, our very own Nick and Brenda have been selected to speak at the conference. Brenda will be talking about taking your code from test-net to main-net and Nick will be on a panel discussing decentralized web3 infrastructure. So, we're really proud of them for their expertise in the space being recognized here. And on top of that, out of 2 400 applicants Brenda has been selected to be a judge for the overall hackathon. So, big applause there and hopefully if we're not too busy at the events we can get you an update from the freezing tundra that is Denver, Colorado. Thanks for watching, I'll see you soon.
