Osmosis chain and DEX has been halded because of the so called "money glitch". Currently you cannot make any transactions and we don't know when it will be resumed. This is another big hit for the cosmos ecosystem because OSMOSIS is the biggest DEX here. OSMO price will fall down even more because of it (or at least this is what I predict). Weirdly enough this is happening before the long anticipated thirdening which is an event similair to the bitcoin halving.
