This will be report # 2 and I'm going to try and do a report on these (and any other crypto games) I play on a monthly basis - it's a good way for me to keep track.
First things first - Feel free to just go to their websites directly but if any of these games interest you I'd be very happy if you joined up with my referral links:

https://betfury.io/?r=6067f01e4ffcd4435b75588b
https://splinterlands.com?ref=silver-edge
I had a few thoughts on doing this sort of report and this one as I mention above I'll try to do monthly and I have a few thoughts on this:
- I'm going to keep this report on actual games (Rollercoin I think just makes the cut as there is a play element involved). I'll leave out things like Larvel Faucet which is sort of a game but is really just a faucet with no real playing involved;
- I'm going to try and do this monthly;
- I'm going to restrict it to games I've posted about in the blog generally for the most part.
- I'll include a note about Faucets at the end of the each post
Recap:
So if you haven't been following my posts, in short:
- RollerCoin - A "crypto mining simulator" where you can play mini games to get mining power. My plan, long term eventually get it to a stage where it earns "passive" income with minimal effort
- Betfury - A "crypto casino" (one of many) that has an interesting "Wager Mining" mechanic - easy to get into with a faucet and staking rewards. My plan, get a decent amount of in-house coins staked and just have fun slowly growing the balances till I can withdraw every now and then.
- Splinterlands - A collectible card game based on a blockchain. My plan is to have fun with this and not pay (barring the entry fee) though I may add some crypto faucet income into it to kick start it's income potential.
Report:
Rollercoin
I continue to plug away at this. Over the last month my RLT balance has increased from 38.7 RLT last month to 54.17 RLT this month. There's indications that there is a big update coming mentioned in a Q&A piece the RollerCoin team did (see my post previously on that). Fingers crossed it arrives in June as they mentioned. There is a YouTube video showing a supposed Rollercoin update leak which looks interesting but you may want to take that with a grain of salt.
I'm hoping that the update is interesting and that there's a sale on miners so I can finally get one. While I love the premise of RollerCoin, I must admit that it has become a bit of a drag but once I get some miners and have the choice of a more passive approach or the choice of more activity (with the update coming) I may find myself more motivated again.
For these reports my key "metric" is going to be RLT balance to date and Miner power (which for now is 0 - please let there be a good sale coming up soon!)
Plan for now - keep pushing through and hope for that sale/update to reinvigorate things!
Betfury
Quite a lot has happened in Betfury over the past month - Firstly the "Listing Party" event and the "Biswap event/airdrop". The fact that BFG tokens are on the verge of being listed is very exciting. I did input some BTC satoshi into Betfury from Cryptotab and that has helped me boost my BFG balance and have some fun during the events.
BFG Balance previously 32.80
BFG Balance today 305.360
BNB Balance today 0.00091697
I'll use the BFG balance and BNB balance as my metrics for Betfury for now (I may add/replace BNB as a metric depending on what currency will be my main grind).
Yes I made a lot of progress but I've also learnt a few hard lessons.
I'm not going to whine and call Betfury a bunch of cheaters or scammers but I do have to say that their user interface does seem to have a few tricks that make it easy for a user to make an error and burn their balances:
- They default to max bet when you first enter most of their in-house games (i.e. Dice).
- If you make an error in entering your bet amount it may return to the default and burn your balance.
- On mobile switching currencies can be a bit "finicky" and if you don't pay attention you may be on the wrong currency (read wrong currency, wrong bet size = burnt balance)
So I'd like to make a small PSA here - ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CURRENCY, BET AMOUNT AND AUTO SETTINGS!!
Notwithstanding the above I'm enjoying trying different strategies on Betfury and I currently have a good one (I think) that I'll post about another time!
Plan for now - Continue building up BFG/BNB, possibly put in some more BTC to speed up BFG farming and if I am careful NOT BURN IT DUE TO THE INTERFACE this time!).
Splinterlands
I'm enjoying the game more and more as I slowly progress and get a few more cards.
My third season ended at the beginning of June and my progress has given me enough power to move into Bronze II which has made things more interesting. Battles have gotten tougher I think and Game Modifiers have been introduced at this level (i.e. no ranged attackers for the battle, only odd mana number cards can be used etc).
I've picked up a couple of new cards of note - including a summoner BORTUS, a gold foil card (ALBATROSS) and both the GRIM REAPER and NIGHTMARE death cards (I'm not sure they are of note but they look interesting!). I've entered a few tournaments now, mostly I get trashed but I did do well in one coming in at 9th place. This did give me back my DEC spent on it and some Splinterlands enthusiast NFT's which I don't think have much value but are fun to get!
My metrics for Splinterlands will be DEC balance and CARD power - obviously the DEC balance will fluctuate as I will use some to buy cards and will get some when I sell cards but I think its good to keep track of it!
DEC Balance previously 906.60
DEC Balance today 890.63
Card power previously 480
Card power today 1300
Plan for now - Dailies, dailies more dailies........ purchase some useful cards if I can figure out what they may be, and have fun with it!
Faucet News
- FaucetCrypto - still works, but it can be hard to withdraw despite the many coin options as their balances do empty out of the popular cryptocurrencies quickly. I've taken out around 16 TRX and 0.00000714 BTC from the site over the last month.
- Cointiply - still works - I don't work it as hard as I should - no withdrawals this month but coin balance is 42,035 coins
- Cryptotab - goes on in the background. Last withdrawal was 0.00012000 BTC
- Larvel Faucet - My first month with this faucet ties in with this report pretty much. Worked it quite hard to start but now minimal effort required. Withdrawals over the month total 0.00007422 BTC. Not sure what my withdrawals a month will be going forwards but I should be able to at least 0.00000600 BTC a day I think almost passively.
Summary
So these reports will slowly develop a good structure which will make them faster, easier and more useful I think. Previously I thought of doing them weekly but I think monthly will work better so that's what I'm going to do for now. The focus is on gaming mostly but as the faucets will help boost some of the games (primarily Rollercoin but Betfury too sometimes) I'll include the "Faucet News" too!
Hope you've found my progress interesting and maybe it'll inspire you - as always if it has join up - either directly or with my referral codes below:
