Hopes and prayers

In these uncertain times having hope is an act of bravery.

At times, hopes and dreams are all we have left.

Hoping, dreaming and praying give us strength.

Being able to do it in the darkest hours shields us.

Our own hopes and dreams can protect us.

From a religious or a non-religious standpoint, praying or meditating, connecting with ourselves, with our hopes connecting with God or the universe, helps us to stay focused and have a dream or a positive vision towards which we move.

Take some time to be with yourself.

Find the setting that works for you, where you can be alone with yourself, with your thoughts.

In bed when you wake up, or before going to sleep, when you go for a walk or in the park sitting on a bench,, at the beach, at favourite coffee place, at a place of devotion... find your space.

Ask yourself what do you truly desire.

Go as big or as small as it goes.

As long as it doesn't harm you or anyone else, embrace it, create a vision of how your life would look like once your dream comes true.

Pray or meditate immersing yourself in that vision where you what you want is yours.

Start as small as it feels right.

Train yourself and start dreaming bigger.

Visualise yourself feeling fulfilled.

Check how your body feels at that moment.

Keep that warm sensation in your heart.

Keep dreaming and hoping, it keeps sadness and darkness away.

It keeps us safe on our way.
