ScreenTag Inc. selected Coinbase Global as our order book facilitator for our upcoming security token auction, under Regulation S. The company will be offering 160,000 tokens, in four auctions, representing 160,000 shares of common stock in the company, with 33,750 security tokens to be made available in the first auction.

Under Regulation S, security tokens will be made available exclusively to global investors, and will be distributed at the end of the 12-month lock-up period.
