I just finished a 9.325km running that lasted about 0hh:58mm:13ss !

I almost forget to post my yesterday's workout. I ended it with so much bad feelings due to the high temperatures but at least I did it.
We planned for long intervals of 1000m long, recovering an almost walking jog of 300m between repetitions.
In total we did 5 repetitions and the target pace was 3'50"/km.
The times I get in have been: 3'50" , 3'48" , 3'50" , 3'51" and 3'51" , all of them around the target but it has been a tough workout for the time being and the conditions we had.
Hopefully a fresher weather will arrive soon.
In any case and as usual, I always keep running!
