Run while market correcting

I just finished a 6.157km running that lasted about 0hh:28mm:49ss !

Little to say today, working and watching the market correction ... what a sudden drop!
It is something that was seen coming, there is nothing that rises permanently, on the way there must be stops and some corrections and this was quite clear that it had to arrive.
I did a couple of good scalps on the descent nonetheless. You know, you have to be prepared to play both directions, up or down...
Anyway, my feeling is superbullish, this was just the preamble to a spectacular climb.
At noon, as usual, I went for a short but intense run.
A couple of km uphill plus the same downhill and some flat on a humid day with a more than pleasant temperature for running.
I just have to maintain the weekly volume!
