I keep maintaining my training routine even though the second lockdown has made it more difficult nowadays.
I'm going out for a run every day of the work week, most of the time just to do a short run in the aerobic zone, although adding hills and ramps.
My current goal is to develop my aerobic capacity to the maximum during these days when it is difficult to find a good route to do more serious workouts.
The sensations are very good and the body seems to get adapted very well to the soft volume of kilometers and paces. I slightly increase the distance and the run time every day. Yesterday I run 5.7 km in 26', today 6.5 km, tomorrow maybe I will reach 7, 7.5 on Thursday and finally 10 Km on Friday.
Then, I plan to rest during the whole weekend in order to be more available for the family and take advantage of any opportunity to go for a walk with the children.
Running helps me reset my mind from the working routine and rigorous lockdown, and, of course, at the same time, It keeps me in good shape.
I think that If the virus gets close to me, it will be hard enough to screw me.

Keep on running!
