Better to build than defy the limits nowadays

I just finished a 7.024km running that lasted about 0hh:32mm:53ss !

Increasing mileage little by little, always in an aerobic zone and including ramps and slides along the way.
The pace has been continuously variable and I have been focused on always having my heart rate controlled so that it does not rise too high.
I'm not in a rush, the goal is to maintain a good aerobic base. Better times will come and we can then do more specific training.
Anyway, 7 kilometers in 32 minutes is not too slow a pace either.

Better to build now and "defy the limits" when viral conditions allow it.

At least we can still run...

Stay strong.
