ervin-lemark just finished a 5.16km run, that lasted for 38 minutes.
This run helped ervin-lemark burn 310.0 calories.

Description from Strava:

Although autumn is here, at least with rain, lower temperatures and shorter days, the forest is still so very green. On one side I can't wait to see it all in gold colours. Yet, on the other side, I wish it to be green for many days to come.

The run this afternoon was fairly short with a part of it climbing up and down in the forest. The paths were quite crowded.

This run is a part of a charity initiative. We collect kilometres in order to collect funds to help the kids through https://www.altso.org/. Do check their site and join if you wish. Thank you.

better and better

Running Adventures of a Streak Runner
Running Adventures of a Streak Runner

What is a 'streak runner', you might ask? It is a person who runs every day. In my case, two miles is a minimum. I've been doing this stunt for 502 days already, since July the 3rd 2019. On that fine day, I decided it's better to run every day and be happy than to run occasionally and be grumpy. YOu are welcome to follow me and my runs. Every day if you wish :)
