After eight runs with winter trail shoes, Inov-8 Roclite 350, tonight it was time for light trainer shoes, Salming Enroute 3. They were perfect for a run on asphalt with a flat profile. Both shoes and the loop were flat :)

No, the cover photo has nothing to do with the run.



Since we had pizza with beer for lunch and the run was less than three hours afterward the pace was steady on purpose. Actually, the last kilometers were somewhat quicker. It was fun. It was warm too. Almost the first spring eve.

This beastie looks like a tiger who is about to jump.



Tomorrow, on Saturday morning, the plan is a longish trail run. It's a long weekend with Monday being a national holiday. There will be plenty of opportunities for running and hiking. There will be plenty of rain too. So the weather prognosis tells us. We'll see ...
