5 K with 6 strides

Another late evening run because it was quite hard to kick my ass through the door. It really is pesky running this time of the year, when autumn is crossing into winter. But, I know that after five minutes of being out and moving life will be good.

And it was. 5 K easy pace run with 6 strides and 5 minutes on both sides resulted in 8.2 K long run with under 6 minutes pr kilometer pace, 1 longish stop included. Quite good. Satisfied!

Running Adventures of a Streak Runner
Running Adventures of a Streak Runner

What is a 'streak runner', you might ask? It is a person who runs every day. In my case, two miles is a minimum. I've been doing this stunt for 502 days already, since July the 3rd 2019. On that fine day, I decided it's better to run every day and be happy than to run occasionally and be grumpy. YOu are welcome to follow me and my runs. Every day if you wish :)
