Fries Are Back, with a Twist
Remember the Taco Bell nacho fries? How can you not? Half the time they were a soggy mess, half the time they'd be cooked to a crispy perfection. Whether you enjoyed or not, or never even knew that fast food chain had fries, the fried potatoes are back! This time, they come with a twist: TRUFF sauce.

So what exactly comes on these special fries? As the TRUFF website describes, "Loaded TRUFF Nacho Fries feature TRUFF atop a generous bed of boldly seasoned fries, topped with grilled marinated steak, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh diced tomatoes, warm nacho cheese sauce, and reduced-fat sour cream." Hadn't heard of this TRUFF stuff? Me either. But it is apparently very popular. The hot sauce itself is a blend of chili peppers, agave nectar, black truffle, and spices.
The limited edition dish dropped October 13 and is expected to be available for the next two weeks, while supplies last.
Fan Vote Brings Back Classic Enchirito
Polls closed last week, on the vote of which classic menu item fans wanted to make a return.

The Enchirito beat out the Double Decker Taco, seemingly by a large margin. These were the results on the 8th day of voting.
It's not clear exactly when the iconic trayed wet burrito will make its triumphant return, but it will it be met with the fanfare the Mexican Pizza was?
